at the Feathered Pipe Ranch

Price: $1,675.00 (includes meals, lodging and classes)

"Walking into my first yoga class had the feeling of coming home. The practice of yoga brought together my curiosity about life and its meaning, my love of movement and my need to de-stress and center."
-Judith Hanson Lasater

This workshop will focus on those three things. We will begin by choosing a practice intention for our week that will center our purpose at the Feathered Pipe Ranch. Each morning class we will move our bodies, stretching and strengthening in ways that are appropriate for each level of student. In the late afternoon we will practice Restorative yoga to reduce our stress, learn pranayama techniques as well as meditate. Thus our day will be about the wholeness of yoga practice: self exploration of body, mind and soul done in a spirit of community and compassion.

Judith, has loved teaching yoga since 1971. She has written six books on the topic, and all will be available at the Ranch during her workshop. Lately she has been traveling the world to teach, often with her husband Ike. She celebrates the young adulthood of her three children.
